We are also committed to checking any new environmental products that come onto the market and will gladly discuss with our customers any concerns they may have as to the environmental impact these products may have.

It's our aim at Boore Decorating to follow our customer care policy prior, during and upon completion of work being carried out. We value a great level of service that leads to repeat business and further client recommendations for work, our reputation is our future source of work. 

 

Customer care policy

 

  • Maintain a service that is carried out in a professional manner.

  • To cater for individual client requirements fulfilling their requirements in both quality and service.

  • Liaise with the client/client representative to prioritise the work plan while maintaining a clean and safe environment

  • Respond to customer feedback.

  • Co-operate with client/client representative in a polite and professional manner on matters concerning all aspects of the work being carried out

  • Co-operate with client/client representative in complying with the clients Health and Safety requirements

  • Represent the company by acting in a responsible manner and presenting an acceptable appearance to maintain the image of both the business and the clients business. 

  • Deliver an appropriate level of service to achieve the standards within the context of the work in progress. 

 

 

Any complaints along with any other relevant complaint will be dealt with in accordance of the customer care policy. That is to respond to where reasonably practical at the earliest opportunity.
